The stay was great, reception and housekeeping were amazing , the location was but far for us but we managed.. also last night for us they did a really nice goodbye for us which I really loved .. will definitely recommend it

We stayed for one night, however, our first impression at the hotel reception was very disappointing. The receptionist, Benson, needs to choose his words more politely when speaking to guests, especially when he has to say “no.” It was a terrible experience during my first visit to this hotel. I completely respect the hotel’s standards and policies, but there is always a better way to address guests regarding certain rules.
